Sales Manager B2B

We're looking for a salesperson who wants to be part of one of the most disruptive cloud companies in Europe.The profile we are looking for is an ambitious and organized professional who loves working with prospective customers, owning the entire sales cycle from sourcing to closing deals.The successful candidate will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly. We are looking for a candidate who is driven, organized & high-energy with natural sales instincts.

What you will do:

  • Define the go-to-market strategy for your assigned territory
  • Profile accounts to help and appropriate expansion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
  • You will master the art of discovery, and inspire new use cases where Cubbit can solve our customer’s challenges.
  • Working with our CRM to make sure data is accurate and to track progress.
  • Use multiple outreach methods (Email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users and decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly quotas working in a target driven environment and help your team succeed
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Analyzing data to find trends and propose new strategies
  • Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Handling customers and negotiations.
  • Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data in coordination with our Sales Development team.
  • Position Cubbit Next Generation Cloud through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.

What you will need:

  • Experience working in a tech company, IT reseller or equivalent
  • Desired attribute: prior Cloud or OnPremise technical knowledge (knows how to talk to a CIO, CTO etc.. with technical details)
  • Understanding of Cloud SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
  • Experience of selling to C-level within enterprise accounts from a direct, field sales position
  • Proven ability in managing sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Native Italian speaker and fluent in English
  • Desire to experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • You are not afraid of prospecting and speaking to customers over the phone, video calls and face to face.
  • You are a results-oriented individual who is excited by the prospect of fueling the continued growth and success of Cubbit by growing our enterprise logos.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to relate and inspire others

About this position

Work location: Remote worldwide is welcome! Preference for CET-compatible time zones. An office is available at our headquarters (Bologna, IT) if needed.
