CAM/PAM– Italy

About the role
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Channel Account Manager to help grow Cubbit's partner ecosystem in Italy.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, Italy, you'll work side by side with our Italy Channel Manager, supporting the development of our partner program and helping our MSPs, System Integrators, and strategic partners generate new business with Cubbit.
This isn't a role for someone who already has a huge network—we're looking for someone who's eager to learn, build relationships, and grow into a top channel sales professional.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing channel partners across Italy.
- Support the execution of Cubbit's partner program.
- Develop joint business plans and account-mapping activities with strategic partners.
- Drive partner activation, enablement, and engagement.
- Identify new opportunities through existing partners and co-sell opportunities.
- Organise business reviews, enablement sessions, and partner meetings.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Engineering to support partner success.
- Track partner performance, pipeline, and opportunities through CRM.
What You'll Need
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Partner Management.
- Experience working with MSPs, System Integrators, VARs, distributors, or channel ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for developing long-term partnerships.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Italian (Native or equivalent) + English Professional working proficiency
- Availability to travel regularly across Italy.
Bonus Points
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, storage, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise software.
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up.
- Familiarity with partner programs and indirect sales models.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Location
Full Remote (Italy)
Work from anywhere in Italy. We have a strong preference for candidates based in Rome or Milan, (alternatively Bologna or other locations) where most of our customers are located, enabling frequent in-person meetings and stronger customer relationships.
You'll also have access to our network of partner co-working spaces, while our headquarters in Bologna are always available for collaboration, team meetings, and company events.
