You may cancel your order for any reason before the order has been shipped. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting cancellation and providing your order details.
You will receive confirmation of cancellation at the same email address provided at the time of purchase. The refund process will start automatically.
We offer a 30-day return policy, in case you change your mind.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, the Device(s) you received must not have been subjected to any use other than what is necessary to carry out the advertised functionalities of the product and its associated service(s).
The return process follows these steps:
Step 1: Get in touch with us
You may ask for a return and full refund up to 30 days from delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com before the return deadline expires and wait for a return confirmation email. You will then be asked to complete our Return Form.
Step 2: Data Erasure
Remove any data stored within your Cubbit account as soon as possible, making sure that you have saved a copy elsewhere beforehand. After that, please submit the Return Form, filled out in its entirety, confirming that you have deleted the data stored in your Cubbit account.
Step 3: Pack it up
Make sure you return your order in the best possible condition (i.e. remarketable conditions). To do so, we recommend that you use sturdy packaging that must include:
1. the original box that your purchase came in, undamaged,
2. the Device,
3. any accessories (including Ethernet cable, power cable, documentation, protective wrapping, labels and anything else) that came with the Device(s).
Step 4: Send it back to us
Our Customer Service team will arrange the shipment with our courier service, free of charge.
From the day of your request for return and refund and the shipment back of your order should not elapse more than 14 DAYS.
After receiving your return, we will examine it and approve it.
CUBBIT WILL NOT APPROVE REQUESTS FOR RETURNS AND FULL REFUNDS IF THE RETURNED DEVICE IS FOUND TO BE MALFUNCTIONING DUE TO MISUSE, NEGLECT, PHYSICAL, COSMETIC OR SUPERFICIAL DAMAGE OR ALTERATION, TAMPERING OR IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, OR WEAR AND TEAR. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE OR MAKE ILLEGIBLE THE SERIAL CODE OF THE DEVICE.
Once your return is approved, we will start the refund process for returned products within the next 5 working days.
We will process your refund with the same payment method you used to place your order.
If you have received a defective or damaged Device or accessories, we will provide your choice of a refund or free replacement with a working Device.
Please contact our Swarm Support Team as early as possible and wait for instructions. You may be asked to complete a return form and attach images/videos of the defective or damaged Device(s) you received.
